If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your items, we will happily accept your items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. In dog time, 30 days feels like forever so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges after this time.
All Returns must:
- Include a completed Returns Form that can be found here
- Include the correct Order Number on your Returns form
- Be in original condition (no marks/stains/rips/smells)
- Refunds cannot be approved for bandanas or bow ties that are made to order
- Please Note: Refunds are processed on the item total only. We do not refund any shipping costs and your item cost is the actual price you paid, taking any discounts used into consideration
Where to Send your Returns:
Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return and process your refund. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

RETURNS FOR A 110% STORE CREDIT
You can choose to either refund your purchase or opt for a 110% store credit. Store credits are issued at 110% of the value based on the PRICE PAID for the items returned (less any discounts or shipping costs). You will receive a gift card via email for your return which can be accumulated on your account and used towards future orders. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with other discount codes but cannot be used to purchase further gift cards. A Store Credit cannot be issued for a returned product that was purchased with a Store Credit. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
RETURNS FOR A FULL REFUND
We will gladly offer a full refund equal to the PRICE PAID for the product if you change your mind or an alternative size isn’t available within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund or credit any shipping costs and the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Due to the way our system manages stock levels and the varying prices between sizes, we cannot directly swap one size for another. We process all exchanges as either a full refund on the original product price paid or a 110% Store Credit, and the customer can place a new order for the size required. We will happily honour any discount codes used on the original purchase for your re-ordered item, providing you email us prior to placing your new order to request another code. It is the choice of the customer whether you would like to place a new order and receive the correct size sooner, or if you wish to wait for the refund or credit to be processed on the original purchase before placing your order. Please allow 3 weeks for all returns to be processed.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS
Whoops! Some of us have hairy paws and sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. We’re sorry! Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the returns process before returning to us. We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a whoopsie.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if, however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty by PUPSTYLE.
FREE RETURN POSTAGE WITH PAYPAL
PayPal offer FREE return postage on all PUPSTYLE STORE orders within Australia to the value of $45, up to 8 times a year, providing you pay for your order with PayPal. Click here to activate the service, keep a copy of your return postage receipt and take a photo of the parcel being returned and PayPal will refund your postage costs within 5 days of submitting your proof.
