WHICH COLLECTION IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We've designed our collections to suit all types of pups and all the types of adventures every pup goes on. The features of each of our products and the materials they are made with are thoughtfully chosen for each adventure type. Take a look at this page for a detailed description of the differences of each collection and how they might suit you best.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I AM

On every product page, scroll down and you'll find a Size Guide for that particular product with all the measurements you need, instructions on how/where to measure and a collection of photos of other doggos wearing that product and what size they're wearing. We even include their Instagram handles so you can stalk them and compare your body type with theirs. Simply click 'View pups wearing this style' above the size guide chart to perve on pups.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZING?

We have spent a lot of time perfecting our sizes to be a great fit for every doggo, so we don't offer custom sizing on our products.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND NEED TO SWAP

It's all good! We offer full refunds or Store Credits when you return your item so you can go ahead and order the correct size. It's super easy to start a return, and all the info you need is on our Returns page.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

We aim to pack and send your order within 2 days of receiving it (allow longer in peak periods or promotions) and then it's all up to the Australia Post Gods to deliver it to your paws. For Standard shipping, allow approx. 2-4 days to metro Australian cities or up to 6 days to WA and Northern QLD. Allow up to 1 week for NZ customers. HOW LONG UNTIL MY RETURN IS PROCESSED?

If you received a notification saying your return has been delivered, this means it has reached our post office, but not necessarily been picked up by us yet. We say to allow up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed to allow for shipping delays and our collection and processing schedule for returns, however we are usually able to process returns the same week that they are received. We check our PO Box for returns twice per week and aim to process them within 3 business days of collection, where possible.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY HARNESS?

Easy! We're busy pet parents ourselves, so we just pop ours in the washing machine with cold water on a gentle cycle and they come out looking brand new! If you don't have a gentle cycle or want to keep your dog things seperate from your human things, fill a sink with luke warm water and some washing powder and spend a couple of minutes hand-washing and hang to dry. The material we use on our accessories is famous for washing really well, so your whites will be white again in no time!

HOW DO I CLEAN MY COLLAR OR LEAD?

To prolong the lifetime of your collars and leads, we recommend spot cleaning the Vegan Leather with water only. Dry the Vegan Leather straight after spot cleaning and do not leave to soak. The printed material part of your collar and lead is wrapped around strong nylon strapping, so you can safely use a warm, soapy sponge and rub until clean. Press with a dry towel to soak up any excess water and hang until dry.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BANDANA OR BOW TIE?

If your perfectly-styled Insta photo turned into a muddy park play date, we recommend a gentle spot clean with warm soapy water. Need more than just a spot clean? Pop your bow or bandana in a delicates bag before machine washing with cold water on a gentle cycle, but make sure to keep them away from zips, buttons and bra hooks that could catch and pull the fabric.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING

Currently, we offer a discount on your first order only as a reward for signing up to our email list or being referred by one of our ambassadors. These discount codes won't work on any consecutive orders. We do offer an even better deal for our loyal, repeat customers in the form of our PUP Reward Points. Simply create an account on our Rewards page and build your points to cash them in for money off your next order.

THE BUNDLE DEAL ISN'T WORKING

Bundle deals will only allow you to add them to your cart if all products are in stock. If it isn't working, it's likely that one or some items are sold out. You will need to check the individual stock of those items on their respective product page and sign up for an email notification once it's back in stock.

MY GIFT CARD ISN'T WORKING

Gift Cards come in the form of a combo of letters and numbers in four blocks of four, like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. On some devices, you may not be able to see the last four letters or numbers, so you will need to scroll across and make sure to copy the full code before applying it to your order.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED ETHICALLY?

We make conscious decisions from the design to the production and packaging of every product to ensure we are operating sustainably and ethically. We personally select Vegan Leather that hasn't been treated with harmful chemicals as part of our commitment to end animal cruelty and keep the workers in our factory safe, away from toxic pollutants. Whilst we aim for PUPSTYLE to be an affordable brand for everypawdy, some of our premium prices are reflective of our mission to ensure all factory workers are paid honourably and above minimum-wage rates. We avoid using plastic in any of our packaging and even go as far as printing soy-based stickers on your cardboard boxes and use paper packaging tape.
